Trillion City used to have one mayor. Then the richest socialist alive and the richest capitalist alive both decided they knew how to run it. Neither will leave. So now it's war — fought with budgets, bulldozers, and ballots.
Berni rolls in promising free everything, funded by a 99% skyline tax. The crowds love him. The cranes stop moving. Half the city paints itself green overnight.
Elon responds by purchasing the entire east bank in an afternoon, swapping bus lines for tunnels and parks for launch pads. The city splits down the river.
Each declares they'll be first to a trillion in city value — their way. Berni through the commons, Elon through the market. Whoever loses, leaves forever.
That's where you come in. Pick a bloc, take a district, and build it toward a trillion before the other side does. Every decision tilts the whole map.
Berni sees a vault of hoarded gold. Elon sees factories, rockets, and workers. Same number, two completely different cities. In the game, you decide which version is true.

Same map, opposite rulebooks. Your bloc decides how you earn, what you build, and who you make miserable.
You've read the file. Now go settle it on the map.
